Favreau is gonna bust loose with some kind of Tarantino adult movie at some point, he’s mastered entertainment for everyone else, he needs to do something EPIC for adults.

Umm, all the novels that came out after Return of the Jedi. That is where Thrawn came from. I’m re-reading all the books again. Right now I’m on “Heir to the Empire”, the first in the Thrawn trilogy.
I’ve (as have many other EU Star Wars fans) been saying that they’re building a Star Wars style MCU, that once all the pieces are in place and regular fans have been taught enough, they’ll do a reboot/retelling of the Thrawn Trilogy.
