Film follows a younger Furiosa in her 20s and Charlize is 48 years old. Not difficult really. There’s an option for de-aging an actor, but that’s a creative choice

They just didn’t want to pay for her
And… that’s how B rate movies are born
I can respect a filmmakers choice for that. Especially if it’s the entire film. Flashback are the best use of deaging, in my opinion.
i like Anya immesnely more Charlize turned into a weerdoo
I like Anya Taylor-Joy but I think Saoirce Ronan from HANNA and Lovely Bones would have been great for the part
Charlize did an awesome job!
Anna is a good actress and will also do well.
and the cost of the tech too
All they needed to do was give her a baseball cap ala Saw

So…he’s saying she got old?
So when is Mad Max gonna be in Mad Max again These new movies just use the name recognition as a gimmick these days
She has integrity.
Amazing that a woman who looks so good is “too old” by Hollywood “standards”
