  1. There should always be a show like SNW, a “mainstream” TREK show similar to TOS and TNG. But there should also be shows that go to new places, like LOWER DECKS and PRODIGY.

  2. Discovery was good, but should have ended at se 3 imo, Lower Decks is awesome, SNW definitely filled the gap from Michael Burnham’s tears as they started to flood local planets. Tatooine is Kamino now!

  3. I hope that strange new worlds keeps telling Captain Pike’s story right up until he has his accident and then transition to a reboot of the original series with the new actors.

  4. Strange New Worlds is excellent. A throwback that at least makes sense.

Writers for Discovery should have written it as another altered timeline like the rebooted Movie series. They made so many atrocious and offensive breaks from the established Star Trek universe, it just doesn’t belong there.

  5. I’ve tried and tried to watch Discovery, but it’s just awful, just deathly dull boring.

Strange New Worlds on the other hand is brilliant, its a fun series to watch and I like the characters, whereas I couldn’t have cared less about the characters in Discovery.

  6. To be blunt, I think it gets the numbers because they dumbed it down and put in a white male captain to appeal to a wider audience. I enjoy SNW, but I’d rather have more seasons of Discovery.
